How about re"boot"ing your computer.. Or letting your computer crash by throwing it out the window...! Just kidding... I know it's an addiction that's taken over your life, and you have realised that, just need to actually do it! It's all about will piower and taking the next step... switch it off, and don't return to it. give yourself an hour / half an hour per day... put a timer on, and say THAT'S IT once it goes off... there are better things in life you should be enjoying! GOODLUCK Buddy!...(Answered by mary_not_cathy)

Maybe if a few of the students like you and you want to keep in touch with them, you may call their parents and explain why you will not be back. If you choose not to tell them, don't feel guilty. They won't care in a few days time. They are young....(Answered by double0negitive)

Q.
What can you say about the effect of television on us?
"Deserves to be the modern classic on mind-altering drugs and hallucinogens." In this modern classic that television is emotionally equivalent to electronic heroin: "The nearest analogy to the addictive power of television and the transformation of values that is wrought in the life of the heavy user is probably heroin. Heroin flattens the image; with heroin, things are neither hot nor cold; the junkie looks out at the world certain that what ever it is, it does not matter. The illusion of knowing and of control that heroin engenders is analogous to the unconscious assumption of the television consumer that ... (Asked by liveasahb)
