Is there anyplace called "Stanford Hall" or "Stamford Hall" distance learning program in England? someone told me that they recieved a PhD in education from this institution, but I cannot find anything on it online....? ... (Asked by dan)

There are legitimate universities named both Stanford and Stamford in the United States. I doubt either does a distance learning program, but you could refer to the websites....(Answered by jmbran11)

Is there anyplace in the world where i can do fellowship in higher surgical branches using my MS don in INDIA? I've finished M.S.General surgery In India.I'm interested in doing a fellowship in liver or hepatobiliary or minimally invasive surgery somewhere preferably US.But are there any places ? If yes then do i have to complete USMLE before applying for it?Pls reply ... (Asked by deeps_msgs)
