| It means that he is normal, but only because he may have a good reason for liking earthworms so much. I take it he is profiting off them or using them for research. If this is the case then he is justified in his passion of earthworms....(Answered by Citizen North) | |

| It originally had to do with needing a certain number of residents to become a state. You just kind of made up lines that included towns and such. They tried to use rivers and permanent things because map making was very inaccurate long ago. Hence the Toledo War Michigan and Ohio both needed that population to become a state....(Answered by emily) | |

| I suppose you could research the history of each state - some borders are obvious (rivers), while others are lines of latitude and longitude. Once you get past that, there probably aren't many other reasons....(Answered by wheezer_april_4th_1966) | |
