you should have gotten a letter in the mail with your name, address, etc. and the top three or four schools you wanted your fafsa info to go to along with how much calgrant you would receive. you need to check that all of your information is correct and that your calgrant is going to be sent to the right school (first one on your list). if there is something wrong or if you want your calgrant to be sent to another school then you need to fill out the correction form that came with your letter and ...(Answered by stohlio)

why do I not qualify for Calgrant???
Both my siblings qualify, we put the same exact information and yet I don't get calgrant and they do. I always get denied, sinceFall 2001. My siblings have been getting it since 2004. Am I getting screwed off my money??? This is for calgrant B. I am pretty sure I qualify. Their excuse is income over the roof. My siblings get Calgrant year after year, I have never gotten it. A cal grant is a NEED-BASED grant, which simply means that it is granted based on need. TO qualify, you must show a need for school funds and have a minium GPA of a 2.0. I am a Cal Grant B recipient because my parents have little or no income and I had a 3.3 GPA in high school. I am also a first-generation student (which means that my parents did not attend college).
