Is an ACT score effective in trying to get into an Ivy League School or of the same caliber?
My main question boils down to this: I've recently observed that the majority of elite or top-notch institutions accept mainly SAT scores; however, on some occasions, they do accept ACT scores as well. Is there a preference? Do they look at the scores equally? Are there any cases where a person has gotten into an ivy league with just the ACT? ... (Asked by dymethyl_mercury)

It doesn't matter to colleges Usually they accept: SAT Test(SAT I) or ACT and 2-3 SAT Subject Tests(SAT II)...(Answered by Mike S)
