Why do i miss my choir teacher so much? I have recently graduated high school and i miss my choir teacher..Cindy Durazo. She is just such an inspiration and i just really miss her and i know i will come back to the high school and see choir concerts, but it just is not the same..i worked with her for 3 years and it has just been really hard to know i wont see her everyday. ... In addition to the fact that she is probably a lovely person who truly cared about you, music (and especially singing) helps us connect to the roots of our deepest emotions. Sharing this activity and it's accompanying vulnerability is a very intimate experience. Having done so for three years, it is natural for this to leave a hole in your life for a while.
