OK...here's some ideas: A manager that hires and fires based on who does the best job, rather than hiring people based on whether they share the same moral and ideological outlook (i.e. giving a preference to someone that wears a crucifix to an interview). A common issue in state goverment is people acting in their position based on how they feel the party in power would want something done, rather than what they feel should be done - instead, workers should make the best decision based on the information in front of them, even if that conflicts with party politics....(Answered by ³√carthagebrujah)
