I remember reading once many years ago that most of our dreams are incomprehensible to our waking minds and that we only remember the ones that make some sense to us. They do what's called, "Dreamin in Perception." They still interact, and have good and bad dreams the same way we all do. The way they see people in their dreams is they way they picture them being in your head. Its like when you a expecting to go somewhere or do something (think for example or climbing a Mayan Temple) you create an image in your head. They do the same thing.
