It is called Static Electricity. So, I would assume it is Electric. Dry the clothes at night and with the Lights off remove from the Dryer and pull apart you will see the miniature Lightening in the Dark, yes Thunderstorms and Lightening, only the Thunder sounds like a little crackle....(Answered by snagelfritz)

another way to solve, which may or may not be easier to you is this lets make x stand for the original price. 203.15=x-.15x (that is the original price minus 15% of the original price, which is of course the sale price) 203.15=.85x x=239 sometimes it is easier to think of it with x's sometimes it isn't. if you are given the sale price, it will always equal the original minus the reduction times the sale price)...(Answered by dance_chica_2005)
