I went to a private accredited, 4 year historically black university and i completed 3 years of undergrad.? My school was highly expensive. I have a previous balance of $20,000. I have exhausted all of my options. They won't let me come back until it is paid off. They won't even release my transcripts in fear that i may try to transfer somewhere esle and finish up without paying them their money. All i have is two more semesters. I was suppose to graduate in May 2005. I want to go back and recieve my Bachelor's Degree. I can't get approved for a loan. No one will be my co-borrower. Financial Aid is all tapped out. And no ...
