When did it become ok to sound like a moron? And this happens with spelling too! People don’t even try to hide it. I’ll admit, I’m not the best speller, but to avoid embarrassment, I use a spell checker to make sure I’m not coming across as stupid. Even Yahoo Answers has a spell checker! Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for punctuation and grammar yet. Your ... (Asked by Dr_Phil_is_dead) |

| x=5/4 and x=-1 must be excluded. this is because the fraction is undefined for those values. See: if x=-1, (x-3)/[(4x-5)(x+1)] = (-1-3)/[(4(-1)-5)(-1+1)] ................... = -4/[(-9)(0)] ................... = -4/0, which is undefined. you cannot have zero in the denominator. the key way to find what values of x must be excluded is to figure out what makes the denominator equal zero....(Answered by ChainSmokeKansasFlashDance) | |

| This doesn't sound right to me. As long as somebody on the field trip has an emergency number for your daughter she should be allowed to go. I would ask the school for the specific reasons why your daughter was not allowed to go on the field trips. Once you have those reasons, come up with valid counter arguments and go back to the school and fight for your daughter's right to be included on these trips. Good Luck....(Answered by SmileyGirl) | |
