That depends on what you are looking for. Are you looking for problems caused by excessive exercise or are you looking for how excessive exercise will affect someone with certain conditions? a gret way to motivate yourself is to think of the result- by the time u get used to it youll be trim and healthy and people will compliment u! exercise is important. you need to have some way of working out everyday so that it won't just build up. To wake up early, just go to bed early, and make sure u set the alarm, and help yourself remember what you supposed to be doing. put up a sign or something that will motivate you and you'll want to work harder to achieve your goal. When a person dosen't do exercise and eats a lot, he runs the risk to get very fat and not just the stomach but the face and the whole body. (from ^^) activity build the same parts of fitnes.. so true or false. ok.. next exercising above ur target ceiling is a good way to build fitness fast. OK next for exercise to be of benefit, the fruquency needs to remain the same for each kind of exercise.
