| I would interpret 'fair' in this context to mean 'a reasonable amount', but that the business not necessarily doing wonderfully well. Yard in this context means an open area, although a boat yard will have sheds etc. on it and is used for repairing and maybe constructing boats....(Answered by rdenig_male) | |
