| Go where ever the financial aid takes you. In state tuition is better than out of state tuition. I have a friend who graduated from FAMU (bachelor, masters in bus, admin.), she has a great job and loved school. She told me FAMU was very diverse(very important when chosing a college). I am paying 7,900 as an out of state for the same education as in state student who only pays 2,000. Only a few schools in my state offer pharmacy programs and 1 of them is the University of GA (which is really difficult to get into so I don't want to go there). Mercer University is another option. They are private and therefore expensive. However I have a renewable $10,000 a year scholarship with them but the average complete cost per year even with the scholarship will be $22,000. Another option is to go out of state to Florida Agricultural and Mechanical ... (Asked by Amber) |

You can save lots of money by taking your general education courses at a community college. If you work with the transfer counselor at the community college, you can take the courses you'll need as pre-requisites to get into the upper division Pharmacy program. It will take some effort on your part, but if money is a concern, this can be a good option. If ...(Answered by College Advisor) | |
