Since 50 minutes ago, it was 4 times as many minutes past 3:00, we can assume that 50 minutes ago, it was 4X50 = 200 minutes past 3:00. But that was 50 minutes ago. Right now is 50 minutes more past 3:00, so it's 250 minutes past it. 250 minutes is equal to 4 hours 10 minutes. So, right now it's 7:10 (3:00 + 4:10). So how many minutes is it til 6:00? OK, sweetie, to make the most of those fifty minutes, you want to be as prepared as possible when you walk into the classroom. The last class period before each upcoming exam, ask your teacher/professor lots and lots of questions about all the people and things your class has been studying since the last test. And when he/she answers the questions, pay close attention and take notes!
