| Less questions Extended time Different time of day to take test. Having the test questions read. Changing the test format. For instance, instead of making the person take a pencil paper test, you give them cards with the synonyms and they have to match the cards, ect. Now you can't change the content, like make it an easier book or anything because that would be modifying not adapting. adapting is putting in a support, modifying is changing the curriculum to fit the student.
