Did you suffer from home sickness when you went off to College? When I went to college I was 19 years old and had never spent much time away from home before. Just to Grandma's house for a weekend, 80 miles away. So when I went off to college six hundred miles away, it was scary. I cryed for a week and almost called home and told them to send me an airline ticket home but never actually lowered my self. I would have been humilated. I was 17 when I went to college. As much as I love my family, my parents were strict with me and I grew up in a crappy little redneck town. I couldn't wait to get out. So given the options OK'd by my folks, I chose the university that was furthest from my home (about 300 miles). Fortunately, it was also the best ranked and best fit for my needs.
