Whats the best way to fake a fall and a head injury??!!!!? okay for theatre we're doing a "suprise" scene act that is supposed to actually look real. so everyone in my class needs to believe it totally. in the middle of a monologue im supposed to pretend to trip backwords and fall (backwords) and act like i hit my head and am in a concussion/i just hit my head and wont wake up... wats the bets way (while im laying on the floor) to make it seem real. im supposed to breathe rite? since they arent related??? should i land in a weird position????!! wat do i do??!!! ... i injured my lower back at work now work comp wants to settle. been injured for8months ,whats injury worth? ive injured my back at work on 9/17/05. my job is orderfilling in -20 at walmart distrubition. it took them 2 months to send me to the doctors. i cant realy do much of anything because of my back. i do have a lawyer, and now my employer wants to settle, but my lawyer and doctors say, this injury is long term. and its going to be very expencive to treat. but my question is , what is this type of long term injury worth in a settlement. thank you. ... i just want to get an idea about how much my work injury case is worth? i was injured on the job in oct.'05.i was diagnosed with a sprained ankle.MRI showed inflimation and bruised bone.did therapy. returned to work in december on lightduty.reinjured ankle in december,indicating the ankle was weak and there was a problem.my DR. took me off of work.Workercomp insurance sent me to see their DR. (IME) in feb.'06.their DR. said my ankle was not that bad and that i was making it seem worse than it is.He recomended that i try a work conditioning/hardening program for 2 mons/ 5 days a wk/ 4 hrs a day,which would help me get back in shape ...
