In the second last sentence, it say that it is"decreasing the car’s acceleration a little". so let's say instead of acceleration 6/m^2 he is accelerating only 4/m^2. He is still accelerating, just not as much as before. To cause the car to slow down, you would have to decelerate, causing a negative acceleration, say of -2 m/s^2....(Answered by borscht)

Actually it is fairly simple to run a tag number WITHOUT knowing anyone in the Police Dept. He could use an insurance agent. They have access to the DMV and by a plate look up the address of the owner. Why would an agent do this? All this person would have to do is phone for a quote and give your tag number when asked if they have ever had a ticket. They could act like they "don't think so, but can't really say for sure.." To execute a 'mail merge' simply means to create a document (example: form letters, mailing labels, etc) with the LEAST amount of repetitive effort. I presume you will be using a software program similar to- if not- Microsoft's WORD. If so, after launching MSWord, <click> Tools, <select> Mail Merge from the drop-down menu, this should launch a "tool" called Mail Merge Helper, <click> Create Document, and follow the instructions. There is always tension between the classes, especially between those closest to each other (the poor middle class has tensions from both sides). It is because, although being close to them economically they want to maintain a clear distinction between them. 'Number application skill' is needed to realize it. (A computing skill is differrent from linear number application) If you are skilfull enough each numbering can be done in a manner 'male-female status' and 'nationality' of each person can be merged to each said identification number! Most school mergers are to do with removing surplus place within an authority - essentially a separate topic to small classes although it does affect it. Birth rates are falling every year which then affects the children of that generation. In Sunderland 17 schools have closed/merged since 2001 removing 5000 surplus places. Admission numbers are set by the local authority and many schools are having the number of children they can admit dropped. You have to do a page break. Go to insert, page break. Do this at the end of where you want your roman numerals to be. Then, after the page break you can do the regular numbers. Literally took me hours to figure this out for my masters thesis project!...(Answered by Melanie L)
