To write an essay: Normal essays contain 5 paragraphs. 1 intro paragraph: 5 sentences - Includes an attention-grabbing intro - You NEED a thesis, which is a sentence summarizing your essay. 3 body paragraphs: At least 5 sentences EACH - Each paragraph must contain one thought or supportive idea that goes with your thesis. - Use quotes to back up your facts. The letter may have more than one meaning. Words take on multiple meanings. Earlier meanings of words become obscure. Cultural situation at the time of the writing may not be understood well enough after 2000 years for one meaning to come from translation by multiple translators. No valid way is known to predict the number of valid meanings. Ok, well If the answers are 8, and 9, then you do this: 1. 8/2=4 + 2. 9/3=3 3. 4+3= 7 #2 1. 8/4= 2 - 2. 9/9= 1 3. 2-1= 1 & Thats how you get your answer! Ohhhh ok. #1 2 goes into 8 4 times. & 3 goes into 9 3 times. so since your adding, you add the two totals together. 4+3=7 So you got 7. Same thing for the second problem. Is that what you wanted?? I'm not sure where you are going with this. If it is for school homework, check your book but if you are really doing some plumbing follow along. I add 1/2 inch per threaded fitting. For example, if I have an 2 elbows that I want to connect with a nipple I point the elbows at each other just as they will be assembled. Then I measure the open space between the elbows. To that measurement add 1 inch, that is 1/2 inch for each set of threads. Man this is easier to do than to explain. ...(Answered by gimpalomg)

Where did dumb blond jokes origionate from? Not only do I think that these jokes are down right stupid, I think that the actual reason for them (making fun of blonds) is even worse, seeing as how I am a natural blond and have had top honors in academics all my life. People can't really and shouldn't really generalize people by their hair color, but by their personality, because as I said, I'm blond, but I am smarter than the other brown and black haired people that I grew up with.
