| Both are excellent fields with challenging subject matter. Aviation engineering might be a bit harder to find work in after school because the demand for it globally changes greatly depending on what projects are in process or what airlines want. Chemical engineering is always needed. There are more careers and a wider range of possibilities for careers with this field. When you get to college, it might be useful to take an introductory course to each to find out which you are more interested in.
