Outline argument premises and conclusions for Clean Needles Benefit Society and Programs Don’t Make Sense?
CLEAN NEEDLES BENEFIT SOCIETY USA Today Our view: Needle exchanges prove effective as AIDS counterattack. They warrant wider use and federal backing. The easiest way to solve problems like this is to simply look up each word in a dictionary until you find a definition that fits. If you don't have, or don't want to use, a paper dictionary, http://www.dictionary.com is a great alternative. Let's use the first question as an example: perpetuate - cause to continue indefinitely "The Queen caused to continue indefinitely..." Nope, doesn't make sense. accrue- grow by addition "The Queen grew by addtion.." Umm, nope. commence - begin, start "The Queen began and made peace... " Began to do what? That can't be it, either. interpose - to step in between parties at variance; mediate. "The ...(Answered by Ms. S)

I have this assnighnment where I have to compare someones answers to minds?
Best answer to someone that helps me out, your answers don't have to right. Consider this question: What are an average American’s perceptions about Muslim/Arab American and Christian American groups? Copy each descriptor from the paragraph below and paste it into the table according to how you think an average American would categorize the descriptor. Would each descriptor best apply to Christian Americans only, Muslim and Arab Americans only, or to both groups? In organizing this information, you are conveying what you think most Americans perceive about these groups, so there are no “right” answers. In fact, your table categorizations may be ... You have two opposing arguments here, one is well supported and sensible, the other relies on rhetoric and bad analogies. The first argument makes a lot of sense, the second is poor. Note how the first argument relies heavily on actual facts and statistics to show that the programs are accomplishing what they set out to do. Let's compare the analogies used in each. The first compares infected needles to mosquitos that spread illness. Getting rid of the infecting mosquitos will reduce the amount of new infections. This analogy is pretty good because it accurately compares needles that ...(Answered by thatguyjoe)

What are your thoughts on this poem?
A Look Back The silent wind blew through the hollow gorge of her mind, as the effortless motion she made perpetuated forever with time. Her makeshift heart was cold as stone, as the recurrence of the memory was like an engraving in the epitome of her tombstone. Her mind betrayed her, for she often thought that she understood everyone so well; but to her dismay, she discovered that their cruel intentions would never sway away the pain she would eventually have to dwell. The fear, the shock, the fraying of her nerves; the apathy, and enthusiasm; tore her mind into nothing but ... (Asked by kristine)

i think the biggest cause is neccesity. In order to stay on top of things in this modern world, research and work on the internet is crucial to be ahead of the game. I think the internet has also replaced typical ways of communication, such as the telephone, so instead of chatting on the phone for an hour, you will chat on the internet 4 an hour instead. For younger kids it has become a playground of sorts. Instead of playing a board game with friends, why not play an online game? its a change in culture. Is it time to stop teaching Hitler in English schools?
Every year now for decades thousands of English school children gain a biased view of Germany because they study a (highly simplified) view of the Third Reich. What about Beethoven, Mozart, Goethe, Schiller Marx, Luxemburg, Liebknecht, Gauss and Kepler? Most of the many Germans I know have nothing but contempt for the Nazis, and in most respects are more open minded and liberal than the educational Sun readers who perpetuate his memory. Much has happened both before and since, but a half of what many English history students study is Hitler, and I haven't noticed any reduction in the ... (Asked by Richard C)

I don't equate Hitler with Germany, I equate him with all that is evil in humanity - it has nothing to do with where he comes from - any more than Mao coming from China makes me hate the Chinese or Stalin coming from Russia makes me hate the Russians. I work in a school (although not a teacher) and the kids have told me about how a Jewish man visited them and told them about his experiences in the Holocaust - they were really touched by his story and they understand the point of being taught about the Holocaust ...(Answered by Clazza)
