Well, the only thing I can really think of is to narrow down your topic. Are you writing about the effects Lennon had on society or about how he became a musician? A few phrases can be left out too. I'm not going to point all of them out, but a few times you have two phrases or sentences that convey the same message. It makes a good point, but also makes a long speech. Sweet potatoes is a distended root section of a vine. The vine has a flower and reproduces through fertilization and seeds. You tweaked my curiousity and I've been trying to find out but so far no luck. I think it has something to do with the heating process causing a change in the starch, converting it to sugar. I hope someone answers who knows the answer for certain ... if you think about it, there is a similar change, though not quite as dramatic, in "regular" potatoes....(Answered by Imaka)
