Should I go to Korea and teach English? I just got my B.A. in political science and currently I'm taking some prereqs to get into a Speech and Hearing Program. I have this opportunity to go abroad, teach kids, save money, (which are all good) but I feel as though I should stay here and finish my prereqs(tought it out), get another degree and then go to grad school... I just developed my close-knit of friends and I'm in a great community. If i stay it would be easier for me to get into the program, however if I go, it would be much harder when I ... I live in Korea and I am an English teacher. To tell you the truth.. if you are in a great situation now, you should just stay. It's not that Korea is bad but you never know what you are going to get. There are a lot of slimy business people here and the work is hard and long at hogwans. Don't lose momentum on your education get you prereqs done is my advice....(Answered by aliviakim)
