living outside the city and taking a bus in would be cheaper. (you can buy a bus pass for around 40 dollars a month and ride it all you want.) if you live inside the city rent will probably be higher. and if you don't have any money then you can't move out, can you? living on your own is very expensive. i suggest you go to a school near your parent's house until you are mature enough to hold a job....(Answered by mj)

Recently moved back into my 'rents house to payoff bills (broke up with live in ex). I'm currently debt free and my original goal was to save $ to buy a house. Now that I don't have bills I've recently been thinking about going back and finishing school to get my degree. I make good $ where I work now and even though I miss my absolute privacy, my parents are really cool. What should I do? ... (Asked by bluemidnightbeach)

Depends on where you live and what houses cost in that area, and what sort of house you'd be willing to get. I think buying a house is a good idea if you can afford it. It can be cheaper than renting if you buy the right one. I don't care how cool your parents are, the sooner you have your own place the sooner you can live life your way. I'd recommend looking for a "fixer-upper" house that you can fix up yourself. It can be fun!...(Answered by cordwainer)

I have a new exciting Project and need help with marketing & advertising?
I need to rent out 300 studios in a building to students in the price range off £140.00 - £180.00 per week. So the best way to do this is get in touch with big companies who take on students; For example, A Bank firm currently rents 30 rooms from the comapny for students who work for them. The Bank gets a reduced rate as they still pay even though the rooms are not filled. This now makes my life easier as I have 30 rooms I no longer have to worry about. So does anyone know off any ... I Need Some Legal Advice?
Lets say we paid a security deposit on some land(to rent) when we moved onto it. We paid our previous Land Lord, but he ended up signing over the land to his son. My question is, does the security deposit tranfer over to the new land lord. If it doesn't shouldn't we get our security deposit back since it didn't. Lets say we move, even though we have some junk still in our yard, should we have to pay for the lot rent although we no longer live there, and if so, what if we sign it back over to the ... I don't know what state you are in, but often, when property transfers, the new owner/landlord is able to change the terms of the contract if he/she wishes. You need to read your contract and see if it addresses landlord/ownership transfer. If the landlord is not able to change the terms, then yes, the security deposit and all other terms ...(Answered by Apple21)
