Hey people :) Which school I should pick for a distance-learning Travel/Hotel/Restaurant mgmt diploma course? I'm seriously considering taking up a diploma in Travel/Hotel/Restaurant management via distance-learning and I have shortlisted these three schools: Penn Foster (http://www.pennfosterglobal.com/travel/index.html), PCDI (http://www.pcdi.com/courses/ff/outline.html) and Stonebridge Associated Colleges (http://www.stonebridge.uk.com/det/348/Restaurant+Management). Now I'm stuck - I do not know which to choose! The accreditation for Stonebridge is pretty unclear, but it's cheaper than the rest and includes modules on setting up a restaurant, the equipment needed etc. Penn Foster's regionally accredited (I think), as well as nationally accredited, but it's slightly more expensive. PCDI's nationally accredited but it seems to focus more on service management. I'm so confused, can someone please help me? ... (Asked by sujith88) |

| It depends on what your tutor wants. If she wants it to be an expository essay, then it will be a collection of statements. Expository essays are to convey information.
