I used an on line Latin reference book and came across: abstemious it means moderate in eating and drinking so you could say something like Abstemious has been called upon to bless this years prom with the gift of moderation so we all get home safely. Can one be a Roman Catholic with the Sacrament on Confirmation?
Can one be a Roman Catholic with the Sacrament on Confirmation? What is that status of a person who has completed the Roman Catholic rituals of Baptism, First Communion, and Confession but not Confirmation. Its important to note that Confirmation was not done at this individuals own request when he was 11 or 12. So is this person technically still a Catholic? Thanks in advance ... (Asked by Just me)

In particular, it would be nice to have some primary sources for gladiator battles, observations of conquered peoples, and descriptions of their technology and roads. Ideas for a Roman History Project?
My son has been learning about ancient Roman History for about 2 years now. Last year, unofficially and on his own time; this year as part of our homeschool curriculum. He has learned so many aspects: gladiators, fighting strategies, daily life, technology, etc. and I'd love to figure out some kind of project for him to showcase some of his knowledge. He hates writing, so I'm not going to have him do any kind of long paper. Any ideas? That wouldn't cost a ton for materials? Oh, he's 6th grade, but he's completed books ... (Asked by )
