| There are a whole host of issues here. Robert is still a minoroity shareholder even with the nominee shares but what you do not say is whether the preference shares are included with Roberts 2000 shares or whether they are in addition to them. You also don;t say whether there are any problems with the nominees... Lots of issues - and i do wonder about insider trading!!...(Answered by Lab fan) | |
