school and skipping? Just recently i left practice before it was over for a doctors appointment....I had already talked to and approved with him that it was okay that i leave early....i just got on the website(we can check everything online) to see what they marked it and its labeled as skipping I'm afraid that they might suspend me for it....what should i do??? Talk to the office and tell them what happened, or just not worry about it and see what happens and my doctor is really busy, so she doesnt have time to write a note out for me or take a phone call ... depending on how well you know the person working on attendance, you can just talk to them. if you don't know them that well then it is best to call in pretending you are your parent...or if it's a legit reason just have your parents take care of it, have them come in...(Answered by Huy T)

Is there a way to fix a skipping tape? I conducted an interview that was taped for school. I noticed that during the interview my tape recorder was making some odd sounds every once in a while. I continued the interview however. When I tried to listen to the tape and write it down, I noticed many parts were skipped. Is there a way for me to fix this problem? well it's either a dodgy tape cassette or else your recorder is on the blink. Clean the heads on the tape recorder and then try recording any old thing with a fresh new tape - if it doesn't happen again then it was a combo of dodgy tape and dirty recording heads. If it keeps on doing it then either get it looked at or get a new tape recorder - they must be dirt cheap by now....(Answered by minotaur)

Class master meaning teacher? I'm sorry bud, but the only way to come clean at this point is to give him a valid reason why you skipped school to go home. The consequences are much worse if you lie, and trust me, you won't get away with him. Tell him the truth. Cheers....(Answered by Henry_Tee)

Did you ever have a misadventure while skipping a class? Like one time I fell into an icy cold river, with my steel toe boots on. Sure did. I once had to write "I will do my homework on time" 500 times and I just didn't do it or mention having to do it to my parents. So the next day I caught the City bus and hung out in a White Castle for a few hours. (Their burgers were only $.14 then so that tells you how long ago it was! I'm not that young but I do remember how hard it was to get assignments in on time! It was a long time ago but I can relate! I really wouldn't do what you are planning. You will get caught and it will only make things worse for you. I strongly suggest you talk to your parents. Are you involved in after school activities like sports or music etc? Being the youngest child in your class is tough enough when it is just months' difference. When there is an actual maturational difference as well, it can be nearly impossible. Having been the last kid to notice girls, to start swearing, and to not openly play with toys made my life very difficult. It also made me have to "grow up" faster than was my natural rate. I would make sure each parent calls the school to excuse you. Look at the attendance policy at your school to make sure of what an "excused" absence is and what the policy is on getting the work. The other thing is that all the excuses cannot be the same for each of you, and the theme park excursion must be kept between those that attend. :)...(Answered by TAS)
