HELP! spousal support not being paid, no income, child on disability , what can I do ??? any in put welcomed? My family friend is going through a NASTY divorce - so far its taken 3 years. her only source of income is a small amount of money her brother loaned her & she must pay back. her Adult disabled child lives with her, and both the adult disabled child & the mother who also has medical issues that prevent her from doing jobs available to her - she never grauated high school due to family situations. she is still awaiting spousal support - the Judge ruled her ex must pay but thats 3 + months ago, she still ...
