| actually, not everyone's stomach reacts that way to milk... it's just that there are really some people who are considered "lactosentolerant"... these are the people whose stomachs are sensitive to the common ingredient of milk called "lactose"... that is why there are milk products that were made "lactose-free"... so if ever you'd like to have a milk for a drink next time, go get yourself one that's free of lactose... What foods are best to STOP stomach noises? I know they say you need to eat to avoid stomach noises but i feel like i eat enough and i don't want to get fatter.
