| i think all this babying we do is very detrimental to kids. we've raised two generations now that are spoiled and not nearly self sufficient (look at all the grandparents raising grand-kids today) . when stuff happens you suck it up and move on, people die, things change. we face loss and hardship in life and yet we must go on. dwelling on it and worrying about it is a waste.it's not a teachers job to be a counselor though most wouldn't know it. just treat students normally when they're going through difficult times and eventually they will work ...(Answered by willow song on wind) | |
